✨ Mindful Eating Prompts ✨
It’s not always about what we eat, but also about why and how. Building a healthy relationship with food means slowing down and paying attention—both to your body and to the moment around you.
Here are a few extra prompts to think about before your next meal or snack:
👉 Am I physically hungry, or am I seeking comfort, distraction, or reward?
👉 What emotions am I feeling right now, and how might they influence my choices?
👉 How does this food make me feel during and after eating—energized, satisfied, sluggish?
👉 What’s happening around me—am I eating out of habit, social influence, or true need?
👉 Can I pause and savor the flavors, smells, and textures before rushing on?
Mindful eating isn’t about perfection—it’s about creating awareness and choosing with intention. 💭🍴
