HYDRATION is key to keeping you from getting HEADACHES, IRREGULAR DIGESTION, MUSCLE CRAMPS and JOINT PAIN!! Carry a 40 oz. water bottle during the day and fill it at least twice. Set a timer on your phone every hour to drink a few ounces of water. Use flavored electrolytes if you don't want to drink plain water. And for a boost in your HYDRATION, add a few granules of Himalayan or Baja Gold Salt.
