Classes are both in-studio and virtual live stream. Reservations are required for both.
In-person capacity is 6, reservations and cancellations must be made at least 1 hour before class start. No shows will be charged as though they attended. Virtual class zoom link is embedded in the class confirmation e-mail.
Masks must be worn in and out of the studio. Masks may be removed during class. Studio is cleaned twice daily. Air filtration system in both studios. Daily fogger sanitation deep cleaning as well as floor steaming.
