I had the opportunity to go to Hannah’s House last night and teach a Dancing for Birth class! What an experience! The women were so authentic, willing to share and willing to try.

I knew very little about the program until recently and I learned much more yesterday. I will always hold the stories the mamas shared with me close to my heart.

If you are ever looking for a program to help support moms, babies and new beginnings, then you might want to check them out.
