HI!
I want to offer some pop-up yoga classes both outside and inside when the weather gets chilly.
Was thinking October 2nd or 3rd in the evening at our home in Warwick.

Any thoughts? Would love to know what times would work best for those interested.

Nothing fancy tuesaday. I haven’t been feeling my best lately so my sweaty vinyasa practice has been on hold. Instead I have opted for more slow, mindful movement to help my body and mind feel energetic and with less discomfort. This is one of my favorite spinal mobility "flows" to start the day or a practice with. Start with seated gentle cat/cow progressing to deeper expression of each pose. Listen to your body, if it feels good, you're doing it right.

*Modification: if your wrists are not that flexible you can always make fists and place your knuckles on the floor when your hands are behind you and you are pressing your hips upward. Remember to use your glutes!

Ps. Yes I am in my pjs in my child's messy playroom. Sorry not sorry.

I've always been a morning person, but admittedly, some days are harder than others to leave the bed. What gets me moving is remembering the feeling of being up before the rest of the house rises.
