Eden Hospice Rhode Island recently held a heartfelt memorial service at Berkshire Place Nursing and Rehabilitation to honor one of our cherished hospice patients who resided at the facility and recently passed away. 🤍

Our RN Case Manager, Erin DiMaria, generously dedicated her time outside of an already demanding nursing schedule to prepare sandwiches, sides, and desserts for those in attendance—ensuring everyone felt comforted while sharing memories of our patient. This act was done purely out of kindness and compassion.

Chaplain Tyler Brock led the memorial in prayer, while Erin and our Social Worker, Michaella Pinga, shared poems to uplift and bring peace to all in attendance. 💕

Eden Hospice Rhode Island participated in Capitol Ridge at Providence’s Annual Wreath Stroll! 💙
Our Director of Business Development, Kristina Ward, decorated a wreath to be auctioned off in support of the community’s One Company Fund, which gives back to associates in need.

The wreath also features one of our complementary Eden Hospice teddy bears that patients on service with us receive. 🧸💙
