I’m the mom responsible for what foods I bring into the house. 🛒

Perfect timing doesn’t exist.
The kids won’t suddenly get less busy.
Work won’t magically slow down.
Stress won’t disappear.

If you’re waiting for the “right time” to start eating better, moving your body, or taking care of yourself… you’ll be waiting forever.

You don’t need:
✔️ A perfect meal plan
✔️ A fully stocked organic fridge
