Today's Recipe: 20 Minute Baked Shrimp with Garlic Butter Sauce⁣⁠
(Seriously, one of the BEST Keto shrimp dishes ever!)⁣⁠

Ingredients:⁣⁠
1 1/4 lbs extra large shrimp, peeled and deveined⁣⁠
1/4 cup butter⁣⁠
1 Tbsp minced garlic (3 cloves)⁣⁠
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice⁣⁠
Salt and pepper⁣⁠
1/8 tsp Red pepper flakes, or to taste (optional)⁣⁠
2 Tbsp minced fresh parsley⁣⁠
⁣⁠
Instructions:⁣⁠
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place shrimp in baking dish.⁣⁠
- Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Add garlic and saute 30 seconds. Alternately melt butter with garlic in a small microwave safe dish in microwave. Stir lemon into butter mixture.⁣⁠
- Pour butter mixture over shrimp in baking dish, season with salt and pepper and red pepper flakes, toss shrimp then spread into an even layer.⁣⁠
- Bake in preheated oven until shrimp are cooked through (pink and opaque) about 9 - 13 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and serve warm, spooning sauce over shrimp.⁣⁠

If you are someone who has lost weight only to gain it back I am right there with you.

I'm not going to sit here and say "No excuses!" because I've been there, and life can get pretty difficult.

And if you're anything like me chances are your focus is on helping those around you before helping yourself.

Family first, friends first, work first, etc. So, your own health falls to the back burner.

It is unrealistic to think that you will always be able to give 110% to your fitness.

What is realistic is making small choices throughout the day to put YOU and your health first.

It can be choices like choosing to take off your make-up after a long day, choosing to fill up your water bottle when it's emtpy, choosing to take your vitamins, or choosing to pack a lunch.

8 oz Cream Cheese⠀
8 Lg Eggs⠀
8 Tbsp Butter⠀
2 Tbsp Cinnamon⠀
2 Tbsp Powdered Sweetener ⠀
2 Tsp Vanilla⠀
2 Handful of Fresh Blueberries⠀

I mixed this all together in my Ninja Blender except the blueberries. I added those after everything was mixed. Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes. ⠀

I sent her a picture showing her my creation and telling her that I didn’t know what to call them, she showed her husband and that’s what he said to call them! I love it! Introducing : On May 5, 2020 a friend who had done keto sat me down and gave me every detail she could on the diet. I was so mentally miserable and physically disgusted with myself after gaining 60ish pounds the previous years. I said I would give it a month and when results started showing I kept going. The picture on the left was taken April 20th at 236 pounds - the right was taken September 26th at 168 pounds. Of course people have commented on the physical change but the positive mental health is what made me continue. Keto changed my life - it gave me the confidence to do things I would have never imagine I’d be doing. Dieting was always so hard for me as I had trouble counting calories and sticking to it for more than a week. Between the keto community and the fact I didn’t have to starve myself while also eating foods I enjoyed - keto has truly changed my life in the most comfortable and ‘easy’ way possible

Air fried jalapeño poppers

💥4 Oz softened cream cheese
💥1/3 cup shredded cheddar
💥5 jalapeños .
💥1/4 tsp garlic salt
💥1/4 tsp onion powder .
💥1 tbs freeze dried chives or fresh .
💥5 slices of bacon .
🔥Start by cutting the jalapeños in half lengthwise and be sure to remove the seeds and the ribs of the pepper or else it will be very spicy. You can easily do this with a small spoon.
🔥In a small bowl mix the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, onion powder, garlic salt and chives until well combined.
🔥Fill each half of the jalapeño with the cream cheese mixture making sure not to over fill it.
🔥cut each slice of bacon in half and wrap around the pepper securing it tightly with a toothpick to make sure your bacon stays in place. .
💥Air fry 400° for 12-14 min or until bacon is at desired crispness and enjoy . (All air fryers vary and bacon thickness so just check on them occasionally because time will vary)
