Beef Stroganoff ๐Ÿฅฉโœจ
Slice 600 g beef and sear until golden, then set aside.
In the same pan, sautรฉ 1 onion in butter, then add 300 g mushrooms and 3 garlic cloves.
Mix in 1 tbsp flour, warm it up, then pour in 250 ml broth and 150 g cream.
Add 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce and 1 tbsp mustard.
Return the beef, season with salt & pepper, and simmer for 10 minutes.
Serve with creamy mashed potatoes ๐Ÿ˜

Mash together:
๐Ÿฅš 2 hard-boiled eggs
๐Ÿฅ‘ 1/2 avocado

Creamy Garlic & Tomato Chicken Pasta ๐Ÿ’ซ๐Ÿ

Ingredients youโ€™ll need:
๐Ÿ 130g pasta
๐Ÿ— 2 chicken breasts (butterflied & coated in Cajun seasoning)
๐Ÿง… 1 onion
๐Ÿง„ 3 cloves garlic
๐ŸŒฟ 2 tsp Italian seasoning
๐Ÿง‚ Salt & pepper (to taste)
๐Ÿฅฃ 150ml chicken stock
๐Ÿฅ› 50g reduced-fat crรจme fraรฎche + 100ml milk
๐Ÿง€ 50g parmesan
๐Ÿ… 6 cherry tomatoes
๐ŸŒฑ Handful of spinach
