Emotional Emancipation Circles provide space for Black People to come together to process the emotional legacies of enslavement and anti-Black trauma with the intention to foster individual and collective healing. Northeast, Washington, D.C. (Appears as 405B on location)

I’m coming up on my 5th year of hosting EEC’s and will continue to hold space twice a month - 2nd Wednesdays of each month at Dream Village HQ in Hyattsville, MD and the 4th Wednesday of each month Josephine Butler Parks Center in DC.

This is a healing space for Black people to process racial stress and oppression (external & internalized) with the intention of fostering individual and collective healing.
