Quick and easy Avocado Toast with Egg 4 ways - fried, scrambled, boiled, and poached. It’s a simple healthy protein-packed breakfast, snack or even light meal! Servings: 1 Calories: 197kcal Ingredients: ¼ avocado seeded and peeled 1 slice whole grain bread or bread of choice Sea salt to taste Freshly cracked black pepper to taste Fried Eggs: ½ tablespoon butter 1 egg Scrambled Eggs: ½ tablespoon butter 2 eggs Boiled Eggs: 2 eggs Poached Eggs: 2 teaspoons white vinegar 1 egg Instructions: Toast the bread in a toaster until golden and crispy, place the quarter avocado over the toast, slice it and mash it on top of the toast. Top with eggs of choice, and season with salt and pepper, to taste. ▪️

I think we can all agree a good burger is always clutch. I made a super easy innout type sauce for this and wrapped it in lettuce, with some extra pickles and sauce on the side. It was super fun to eat.
To make the innout sauce:
Mix 5 tablespoons mayo, 2 tablespoons sugar-free ketchup, 1-1.5 tablespoons finely chopped dill pickles, 1/2 teaspoon monk fruit sweetener, and 1 teaspoon- ish white vinegar. Give it all a mix, and taste, then feel free to modify it to your taste (you might want more vinegar, mayo, or ketchup depending on your mood).

These cheese biscuits use almond flour which is a popular low carb flour, so it's definitely keto-approved.

Enjoy these during snack time, or at any part of the day. It's so good you would want to have these always at hand!

🍽 Servings: 1

Ingredients:

1/4 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese

3 Tbsp Almond Flour

1 Egg Yolk

pinch of Black Pepper
⠀ ⠀
Procedure:

1) Combine all ingredients in a bowl and knead into a smooth dough.

2) Line a baking sheet with parchment and preheat the oven to 220C.

3) Place dough in between sheets of parchment and flatten with a rolling pin.

4) Cut into serving-sized pieces and prick holes on the surface with a fork.

5) Transfer onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 6-8 minutes.
