I’m a management professional with a passion for life-long learning, inclusiveness, equity, and balanced living. I’ve worked as a leader and adviser both within and to nonprofit and academic organizations for 15 years. In true RenaissanceLista form, I’ve spent my career leading and contributing to a breadth of initiatives. I’ve built departments, processes and systems; drove cultural change; and encouraged leaders at all levels to dig deep in pursuit of their own learning and development. I’m passionate about serving as a guide to help people and organizations experience their true Renaissance. As a woman in the education and nonprofit sectors, I discovered a passion for advancing equity and inclusion within people and systems. I care deeply about health and wellness and strive for a future where professionals are able to prioritize self-care in a way that allows them to impact their communities while nurturing themselves. I am currently pursuing my International Coaching Federation coaching certification through Presence-Based Coaching. I have a Master’s in Public Policy from Carnegie Mellon University, a Bachelor’s in Music Education and Spanish from Central Michigan University, and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. In my free time, I love to bake, run, practice yoga, and hike in the woods with my husband and son. For a full bio, see my LinkedIn profile and be sure to follow my Instagram account.
