Becoming fit and healthy is a long term goal so start with a short goal at a time.

I stuck to my 7 day diet program and my crossfit. I got my results. It’s a combination of both.

Doesn’t have to be a hardcore workout, pick your activity 30mins minimum. Walk, bike, dance, swim etc just pick your poison I mean sport 😅. Find the one you like so you enjoy doing it or start one you want to try and learn to love it! That’s what I did!

Day 1: 106.2 lbs
Day 7: 103.8 lbs

This resulted in a comparatively larger portion of daily calories coming from sugar rather than protein.

It also resulted in the lower consumption of several essential vitamins and minerals.

✔️ My First Rope Climb

2 years ago, I definitely could not have done this. Not an inch. And I always said, I wanna be able to do it every time I see a woman athlete doing it.

Finally, 2 years of building up my body and strength, I’m so proud of what I’ve accomplished today.

Working out/ training is not the only thing we need to do though to build our body….

Recovery also plays a big role in building our body.
