Let's work the abdomen, buttocks, legs and back rolls, with the feet at the height of the knees, legs open as far as possible, toes pointing outwards, trunk slightly leaning forward, maintaining the good posture of the back, we do 4 series and for each arm 15 movements (hydrate ourselves, healthy eating and discipline) 💪🏻😎💁‍♀️
