With over 20 years of experience in disability policy and workforce development, Kelley supports providers nationwide with training on benefits counseling, work incentives and inclusive employment. Her work focuses on making complex systems easier to understand and more accessible for people with disabilities.

This Black History Month, we’re highlighting books by Black authors with disabilities that explore creativity, identity and lived experience.

These memoirs and essay collections center on personal stories and perspectives that reflect the diverse experiences of people with disabilities.
