Balance looks different for everyone, but for me, it means feeling at peace in my mind, body, and soul. It’s when I can show up fully in all areas of my life without feeling drained or overwhelmed.

I know I’m out of alignment when I start feeling exhausted, unmotivated, or easily frustrated. When small tasks feel heavy, my creativity is blocked, or I start neglecting my self-care, that’s my sign to pause and realign.

No amount of gratitude, journaling, or meditation will truly help unless you allow yourself to tap into what you’re feeling.

It’s okay to have tough days.
