I am diggin’ my created by my genius friend Roudy Nassif. They are helping me eliminate junk light. Did you know artificial light is killing us? Bad light affects our health, sleep and mood. Blue light is neither good nor bad. It’s WHEN you want it that matters. Not after sunset or before sunrise! I highly recommend you grab yourself a pair. They’re so great! the best!
