Ok friends- I’m bringing back the series “what I do for my health that has nothing to do with weight loss”. I started this a long time ago, but kind of fell off of it. Motivated more than every now that skinnytok is trending & harming so many people😓
Also, this is not to shame anyone pursuing weight loss, just want to be a voice for those who want to pursue health without focusing on the scale 🤍🤍
