My name is Naika, and I am a Registered Nurse, certified Evolutionary Astrology and Level Two certified Usui Reiki practitioner. I believe fully that we each have the immense power and capability to live the lives we desire and deserve. And in truth, while changing our stories can be hard, there are tools in our midst to aid us on our journey to understanding the unique needs of our souls and manifesting our purposes. Welcome to Gaia's Return! Hi, my name is Naika and I am a Matrona trained, Holistic Doula. I am also a Massage Therapist, Energy Healer and Registered Nurse. I have a passion for facilitating healing so that clients may thrive and I enjoy integrating my clinical knowledge with holistic and alternative healing modalities.

I understand and appreciate the uniqueness in which healing takes place and expresses itself. My life journey has been speckled with intense physical illness and breakthroughs. These experiences have contributed to my love for and devotion to understanding well being and dis-ease, what contributes to both, and how to help my clients obtain well being- whatever that may look like for them.

As a Holistic Doula, I am dedicated to honoring and upholding the gift and power of Birth and Birthing persons. This is my vocation. I believe that birth often unfolds smoothly and safely on it’s own, and I also know that sometimes intervention is necessary and desired. My goal is to provide a loving, respectful presence, support, tools and information to allow for a confident and joyful Birthing experience, however your Birth unfolds. "Gaia's Return" is my personal pledge to facilitate deeper awareness and authentic relationship within my clients and their healing journey. I believe in reflecting each client's power and ability to heal themselves. I have a passion for meeting client's where they are, without judgement, so that together we can combine our knowledge and work to align, connect with, and express a different, more healed story. One step at a time. I do this work with honesty, deep compassion and joy. I have over 7 years of facilitating healing experiences. In 2013, I earned a nursing degree from the Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing. In 2015, I became a certified Evolutionary Astrologer. In 2016, I became a level 2 Reiki practitioner and I earned a Masters in Public Health from the George Washington University. In 2018, I left my job as a research consultant to attend the National Holistic Institute in California. There, I became a certified Massage Therapist and Pranic Healer. February 2019, I became a Matrona trained certified Holistic Doula.
