Hey everyone! As most of you know, I'm a active in the VSO/MSO community. I recently became a yoga instructor, and Team RWB (a VSO) is allowing me to teach yoga twice a week at their facility in Alexandria. I'm teaching Sundays from 11:30 to 12:30, and Thursdays 7:45pm to 8:30pm. It's a very gentle, all levels hatha yoga class, followed by yoga nidra.

I would love to see you all there! If you aren't a member of Team RWB, you're welcome to join! It's open to all military affiliations, and even those who just want to support! If you'd prefer not to become a member, we ask that you make a $5-$10 donation to the Team.
