My Go-To Cravings Reset Sandwich!
You don’t need a fancy recipe book to eat in a way that feels good.
This sandwich is one of my personal favorites when I want something quick, comforting, and craving-proof.
🥪 Here’s what’s inside:
• 2 pasture-raised eggs, scrambled
• Organic spinach
• Sliced organic tomatoes
• A slice of cheese
• 2 slices of whole grain bread
• Optional: a little olive oil or butter for grilling
🧑🏾🍳 To make it:
1. Scramble your eggs with a pinch of salt.
2. Lightly sauté spinach or keep it fresh (your choice!).
3. Toast the bread in a pan with a little oil or butter.
4. Layer your egg, spinach, tomato, and cheese.
5. Press it back in the pan to melt the cheese and crisp the bread.
6. Slice, serve, and feel good about what you’re feeding your body.
