I hold a dual degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology and Information Systems Management, with a minor in Psychology, which gives me a unique, science-based perspective on the human body and mind. Stop treating your head like a kickstand! ✋ Building a solid headstand (Sirsasana) is 90% foundation and 10% ego. If you’re feeling pressure in your neck or constantly falling over, check these 3 things:

1️⃣ Push the floor away: Your forearms are your brakes. If you aren’t pressing down hard, your neck is taking the hit.
2️⃣ Stack before you lift: Don’t lift your legs until your hips are stacked directly over your shoulders.
3️⃣ Quiet the “Banana”: If your ribs are flaring out, your balance is gone. Think “hollow body” vibes.

I’ve never really worked on my abs before… so this is me officially starting from zero. Everyone talks about core strength, but I’ve always skipped it. Not anymore.
Today’s focus:
🏔️ Mountain climbers
⬆️ Supine leg raises
Simple. Basic. Humbling 😅
But every strong core starts somewhere, and this is my somewhere.
