As a marathoner and ultramarathoner, I understand the importance of resilience, discipline, and perseverance—qualities that extend far beyond the racecourse. These same principles have shaped my approach to coaching, helping my clients navigate not just physical challenges, but also their careers, finances, and personal aspirations. I hold a dual degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology and Information Systems Management, with a minor in Psychology, which gives me a unique, science-based perspective on the human body and mind. This combination of scientific knowledge and practical experience allows me to offer a well-rounded approach to coaching, wellness, and holistic health. Through one-on-one coaching, personalized fitness plans, and nutritional guidance, I help my clients tap into their full potential.
