As a marathoner and ultramarathoner, I understand the importance of resilience, discipline, and perseverance—qualities that extend far beyond the racecourse. These same principles have shaped my approach to coaching, helping my clients navigate not just physical challenges, but also their careers, finances, and personal aspirations. I hold a dual degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology and Information Systems Management, with a minor in Psychology, which gives me a unique, science-based perspective on the human body and mind. This combination of scientific knowledge and practical experience allows me to offer a well-rounded approach to coaching, wellness, and holistic health. Through one-on-one coaching, personalized fitness plans, and nutritional guidance, I help my clients tap into their full potential. To My Beloved Mum, On Your Birthday Year

We met when I was seventeen,
a kid still learning how to stand,
and you and your family - steady as sunrise—
opened your heart
and held out your hand.

You didn’t have to love me,
but you did,
quietly, consistently,
as if it were the most natural thing
in the world.

Through storms I could barely name,
you stayed—
not asking me to be perfect,
only asking me to be myself,
