✨ We’re in no rush. ✨
After birth, your baby is still connected to you — sharing warmth, oxytocin, and the rich, oxygenated blood that completes their transition earthside. We practice delayed cord clamping, giving your baby all that they need before we gently, and intentionally, separate that connection.

Whether it’s in the birth pool or nestled together in bed, this moment becomes a small ceremony — one that honors the incredible connection between you and your baby, and the gentle unfolding of birth at its own pace. Photo:

When we arrived, just an hour before your baby’s swift and peaceful arrival, you were already so beautifully in tune with your body and your baby.

We are so glad you are here.

Mama, when I arrived, you were still convinced today wasn’t the day—but your body clearly knew otherwise. You were calm yet focused, breathing slowly and deeply as the pressure steadily built over the morning.

You found a moment of relief in the water, but the surges kept coming with incredible intensity. And then, in that sacred space, baby Jaire entered the world.

He needed a little help transitioning to this side, and we gladly stepped in while you held him close—warmly and securely in the water. Later, you and Papa shared that you never felt afraid; you trusted we would guide your little one safely.

Mama, it was our honor to support you. You were strong yet soft, fierce yet peaceful—a true goddess of a mother.
