We have been quietly working on a deeply rejuvenating new class. Yet couldn't let this day celebrating love pass without saying hello and sharing a few tips for a regenerative Valentine's Day:

Make space for practices that invite ease, like slower breathing, placing your hand over your heart, or spending a few minutes in stillness.

Speaking to yourself with the same kindness you offer to others. Notice where you may need forgiveness or gentler expectations.
❤️ Widened Circle of Love
Remember your friends, family, community, and the beings who share your life. Reach out in one small, genuine way to let them know you care.
❤️ Mindful Connection
Bring your full attention to at least one conversation, Lsten more deeply and express specific appreciation for the other person.
❤️Quiet Gratitude and Reflection
Pause to reflect on what sustains you, what has grown within you over the past year, and what kind of love you would like to nurture moving forward.
