I teach people how to get fit, lose weight and get healthy through nutrition and fitness. Eighteen years ago, I was in an accident that almost ended my life. I was in the hospital for 3 months and had to re-learn to walk. After this experience, I came to value my health and started on a path to learn more about health and wellness. I began to make small improvements gradu

ally over time based on all of the information I gathered. Over the last 4 years, I focused on improving my own healthy and others both inside and out. I have succeeded in helping many people make the same changes in their lives to achieve their health goals

I'm not normally into seeing cover bands but Michael Shannon and Jason Narducy really helped fill the huge void in my heart. But it also made it worse. Lol

We also had the add pleasure of watching the amazing ASL interpreters as a new element to the show. Such a beautifully expressive language to watch with the music.
