I teach people how to get fit, lose weight and get healthy through nutrition and fitness. Eighteen years ago, I was in an accident that almost ended my life. I was in the hospital for 3 months and had to re-learn to walk. After this experience, I came to value my health and started on a path to learn more about health and wellness. I began to make small improvements gradually over time based on all of the information I gathered. Over the last 4 years, I focused on improving my own healthy and others both inside and out. I have succeeded in helping many people make the same changes in their lives to achieve their health goals

This tour spurred much discussion and enthusiasm in our group when it was announced. And much to our dismay ended up being an underwhelming night start to finish. This show will go down as the worst of 2025 and the worst one since Lemonheads at 930 club a few years ago. I should have stuck to my original plan of Belly

I have such fond memories of seeing Sponge at Miami University my sophomore year. My memories did not hold up to reality last night.

Didn't really know Local H songs except 1. They were the best of the night but not saying much

I've seen Everclear a lot. This was not the same band. Each song was slooooow. 42 minute album took 75 minutes to play w slow pace and lame banter.

I energy in the room was pretty low. But many patrons did not notice the weakness of the performances since they were hammered.
