it’s about allowing yourself to grow, evolve, and rise into who you’re meant to be.

It’s the gentle unfolding,

the messy middle,

This June we are taking a moment…just for us.

This simple breathing exercise is here to help you reset, reconnect, and return to the present.

Begin by finding a comfortable position, sitting or lying down, and gently close your eyes if that feels safe. Bring your awareness to the way your body is supported—your feet on the ground, your back against the chair, the stillness around you.

Now, take a slow breath in through your nose for four seconds, letting the air fill your lungs and expand your belly.

Hold it gently for four seconds, noticing the pause.

Then exhale slowly through your mouth for four seconds, releasing tension as the air leaves your body.

Pause again for four seconds before beginning the next breath.

Repeat this cycle for a few minutes. Let each breath be a reminder that this moment is yours, an intentional break, a chance to simply be.

You don’t have to fix or figure anything out right now. Just breathe.

We spend so much time preparing for the worst, bracing ourselves for disappointment, and overthinking every step… but what if…just what if…things fall into place in ways you never imagined?
The unknown can feel terrifying when anxiety takes the wheel. It’s natural to want control, to seek certainty. But sometimes, the most powerful shift is allowing hope a seat at the table.

I’ve shared these words so many times this week during sessions with my incredible clients. Watching these women show up for themselves, do the hard inner work, and commit to their healing journeys has left me in awe. The courage, dedication, and resilience they bring to creating healthier, more fulfilling lives is truly inspiring.

And here’s the truth—setting boundaries is hard. It’s uncomfortable. It challenges old patterns and can stir up guilt or fear. But boundaries are an act of self-love and self-respect. They allow us to stay connected to others without losing ourselves in the process.
