DECEMBER SCHEDULE UPDATE

Effective December 2nd – December 31st

For the month of December only, 318 will hold two 90-minute classes per week:

TUESDAYS — 6:30 PM to 8:15 PM

Lower Body–Dominant
Full-body hybrid movements
High-volume strength + athletic conditioning
Designed to build glutes, legs, power, and endurance

THURSDAYS — 6:30 PM to 8:15 PM

Upper Body–Dominant
Full-body hybrid strength work
High-intensity conditioning focus
Guaranteed 500+ calorie burn
