I love making my own dressing because I can control the ingredients. Cilantro and lime are one of my favorite flavor combinations and so common in Latin American food. This dressing does not disappoint - whether for a spinach salad, as a dip for a protein of your choice, or even to use for tuna or chicken salad.

Trying My Strawberries And Cream Crunch 🍓✨

This one surprised me in the best way. The crunch comes from the chia seeds, but the texture is super creamy — my friend even said it tastes a little like a sorbet.

It’s perfect for a few bites after a meal, as a light dessert, or even to break your fast. It’s not high in protein, but it does have a little from the chia seeds, some healthy fats, and just the right amount of natural sweetness.

You could totally switch it up with different berries or a mixed berry version too.

My Creamy Dill Tuna Salad is simple yet delicious. It requires very little prep and makes for a perfect light lunch or dinner. Eat it with bell peppers, cucumbers, cheese slices, romaine lettuce heart, pork rinds, my crackers, or any of my tortillas or breads. So many options. We love to cut up a bunch of veggies and everyone has a bowl of the salad and grabs their veggies as they want.
