I’m proud to officially introduce our new Regional Manager of Affordable Housing, Ms. Karissa Spann.

Our journey together didn’t begin today. Karissa and I have served side by side through the DC Chapter of NARPM, where she has been my President-Elect and will step into the role of Chapter President in 2026. Over the past four years, I’ve witnessed her leadership, integrity, and deep expertise firsthand.

Bringing Karissa into Sable Edge Management is more than an addition—it’s a strategic shift. Her knowledge and leadership are exactly what we needed to continue scaling with purpose, excellence, and impact.

When I launched The PMs of the City in 2019, it was only the beginning. No vision grows alone. Sustainable growth requires the right people, at the right time, in the right seats.
