Coach Cyn
I am a 29 year old Washington, DC native with a bachelor's degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in Forensic Psychology. I have over 5 years of educational training in relaxation/grounding techniques and mental health services. I served as an intern forensic counselor at a local detention facility where I provided individual and group counseling. Specifically, facilitating several personal and educational development groups.
I received my training from an ICF credentialed coach at the Life Purpose Institute (LPI) which is an ICF accredited program. The International Coach Federation (ICF) is the leading global organization governing the advancement of the coaching profession. On May 20, 2019, I was blessed to receive my certification as a Certified Life Coach (CLC) from LPI and also became an ICF member within the same month. Through completing the requirements for my certification, I was given the opportunity to coach myself through the process of starting my practice. The skills/tools have brought me more clarification and life satisfaction, and I am excited to have the privilege of using the same tools to help you on your journey.
