Before you dig today, take a second to appreciate the worms. 🪱 Teach your little one that worms are actually garden helpers — they loosen the soil and make room for roots to grow. Kids who know this don't scream when they see one. They protect them. That's science. That's empathy. That's a really good day outside.

Spring is the perfect time to get little hands in the dirt. 🌱
Grab an empty egg carton, fill each cup with a little soil, and let your child drop in a seed. That's it. No special tools, no big garden needed — just a windowsill and a little patience.
When the seedlings sprout, you can plant the whole carton right into the ground. Cardboard and all.
There's something really sweet about watching a child check on something they planted. Every. Single. Morning.
