When that diversity is there, things feel easy:
steady energy, strong metabolism, a body that actually responds.

But most women today?
Low diversity.

From antibiotics, processed foods, chronic stress…
we’ve stripped down the very thing that helps regulate cravings, digestion, and hormones.

So it’s not that you “lack discipline.”
It’s that your internal environment is off.
