Update on the Italian bread...

1. It was good!!! Really good!!! But a little dense and chewy. So I am currently baking another batch (well 2 batches)
I didn't knead it as much so 🤞 these turn out a better.

2. I ate a slice for breakfast with homemade strawberry jam on it. Then also with lunch a slice dipped in homemade olive oil dip. Both ways were delicious!

My mom has a loaf from yesterday's batch and
I am taking a loaf to my dad and bonus mom to try and I trust they will leave the most honest review on here by the end of the weekend. 🫣 Oh the pressure!!😅

Chocolate Cake with vanilla buttercream icing and a chocolate ganache drip ❤️❤️

**This was a last minute order for last Saturday with a four day notice. Yes I still took the order. Why?? Because we all know life happens and we all have moments where we forget. With that said, don't hesitate to reach out to me even if it's last minute, typically I can fit a simple cake or cupcakes into my schedule.
