Hello, my name is Alexa and I am so happy to have you stop by! My "Why" - My Dad passed away July 3rd 2022 - I started looking for answers and hunting them down because I could not be settled with the fact that my Dad was 61 and died of a heart attack. I started to question how this was even possible and the universe lead me down a path I never could have imagined. I have studied conventional medicine as a licensed physician assistant and knew this was not the end all be all. I drove two hours each way to study with a naturopathic practitioner and learned how to integrate a bioenergetic approach. I have a focus on integrative medicine and getting down to the root cause. So here I am pushing forward to continue on my soul journey of growing, loving, living, learning and bringing a wellness alternative to as many people as I can reach! Dragonfly Healing and Wellness is all encompassing for the mind, body and spirit 🤍
