Four years ago today I left the hospital so weak I couldn’t walk or even shower independently. Life can change in an instant. September 30, 2021 I lock up my small business and went home to enjoy the next day off, not knowing I’d never be able to go back.

It’s started with a headache and cough and a week later I was hospitalized with Covid double pneumonia. During my stay I contracted sepsis and bacterial pneumonia. What I thought would be a few days in the hospital became a month.

I was never afraid but felt that this was somehow supposed to happen. That I wasn’t following my life’s path and this was the only way I would shift gears. In the seven months that followed I regained some strength but needed two back fusions to eliminate the sciatic pain that started when hospitalized.

It wasn’t until June 2023 that I was introduced to MM information and began to understand why I’d gotten so sick and why I wasn’t recovering. The information immediately resonated deep within my soul and it explained so much.

I had been ill with many things all my life but was functioning well. Always wondering why everything seemed so hard for me and easy for everyone else.

Two and half years in and I still have much to heal but am eternally grateful for SOC, Anthony William, and .masteryinlove for introducing me to this healing lifestyle.

I absolutely love inspirational card decks and have several. Today I found these tucked in the back that I had forgotten about. They will now sit on my dining table and we will pick one to grace each meal. Such great reminders of the importance of feeding our bodies like the divine vessels they truly are. Blessings ❤️🌟🙏
