Julie began her Brandywine journey more than 10 years ago as a Butler in Serenade at Middlebrook Crossing, where she quickly stood out for her exceptional customer service and ability to build meaningful relationships with residents and families.

For the past three years, Julie has been an essential part of the sales team as Move-In Coordinator, ensuring each new resident enjoys a smooth, supportive, and personalized transition into the community. Her attention to detail, warm communication style, and genuine care have made every move-in experience feel welcoming and seamless.

Julie’s dedication, professionalism, and passion for creating positive resident experiences shine through in all she does. She has been a trusted resource, a friendly face, and a valued team member—and we’re thrilled to celebrate this next step in her career.
