This!
Dreams are real. - We all currently exist in the 3rd dimension. Every night when we go to sleep, our consciousness enters the astral 4th dimension. This is the same place we go when we die, when we take psychedelics and when we astral project.
So to be clear.. The dimensions are split by the various frequencies that they are composed of. 3D is the physical dimension where we all currently reside on a day to day basis. 4D is the astral dimension for 3D. 4D is the energetic dimension that we visit when we sleep, when we have psychedelic experiences, when we have out of body experiences, and when we die. 5D is another physical reality, much like 3D only it exists at a higher vibrational frequency. 6D is the astral plane for 5D.
Most of the time we are not conscious and aware of these other dimensions.. Our mind and body go into a state of deep rest and we don’t bother leaving our body. This is what happens when we don’t remember anything. When we can actually recall that we had a dream, that’s when our soul has left our body and traveled around in the 4th dimension. It’s just that our mind wasn’t completely conscious while this was happening.
Lucid dreams happen when we are already dreaming, and have a realization that we can actually control our dream. A lot of flying dreams are like this. It’s basically when you’re half conscious and dreaming.
While these dreams are more vivid to our conscious minds, it won’t be nearly as clear as a more purposeful astral projection.
Astral projection is a conscious decision you make by focusing on separating your astral body from your physical body through visualization and concentration.
Dreaming is not the same as astral projection because your subconscious mind has the wheel, rather than your conscious mind. When you aim to astral project, you want to be fully aware, your mind awake, rather than passing into sleep.
So this is why, if you can actually remember the dream, that means you were at least semi-conscious during your astral experience.
