As a licensed massage therapist I have educated skills about massage, of course!! In addition, I understand the affects massage has on the body as well as the way the body functions as a whole. In no way do I want my clients to believe that I can and will heal them of all of the aliments and health problems instantly!! However, I do assure my educational background, my continued education course work and my personal healing touch will be of the greatest healing over time, (in most cases, weekly sessions) that one has ever experienced. My goal is to relax your mind, body and lead your spirit into calmness. In which creates an peaceful internal environment that you will experience in your life. One of the grandest techniques I invite and REQUEST from all of my clients is to simply deep breathe! Breathe breathe breathe!!
