At first glance, it looks simple — lying down and pressing the carriage with your feet. But in Pilates, footwork is where everything begins.

Each press connects your feet, legs, and core in perfect coordination. You’ll feel your arches wake up, your hips realign, and your spine start to lengthen with every movement.

Here’s what to expect:
🦶 Multiple foot positions (toes, arches, heels) that activate different muscle chains — from calves to glutes.
💨 Smooth, controlled breathing to train strength and stability without strain.
🧠 A deep sense of body awareness — noticing how balanced or imbalanced you feel from the ground up.

Footwork improves circulation, posture, and alignment, and gently warms every major muscle before more complex movements.

Why should you want me in your corner?
Because I’m relentless about raising the standard of care for women.

Frankly, if it’s not the best, it’s not worth my time. Women put their trust in me to be a part of their health journey, I take that responsibility seriously.

Today I completed my first educational session with Harvard Medical School, spending an entire day immersed in women’s health. This is just the beginning. I’ll be traveling to Harvard in the spring for in-person training, continuing to bring that cutting-edge education home to the women I serve here in Waunakee. (Yes, I will be gone for a period of time, keep that in mind when scheduling your treatments in 2026 🙂)

I study and work seven days a week, not out of obligation, but out of purpose. My mission is to transform women’s health through evidence-based education, compassion, and excellence.

Because change doesn’t come from complacency, it comes from commitment
