If you still have your thyroid, but are having issues with it, you may want to check out his recommendations for healing and getting back to feeling better. I can attest, my thyroid was burned up with the radio iodine pill 20+ years ago, but I do eat these foods and take a few supplements to help me feel better. because even though my numbers are in “normal range” I was definitely not feeling normal at all.

The following food combinations we all tend to eat (myself included) can be channel clogging, waste building, and difficult to digest. Some may surprise you, I know some did for me!
1. Heated and/or cooked honey. This includes honey baked into bread or melted into boiling water for items such as tea. It alters the chemistry of the honey and when we ingest it, becomes a form of toxin to our bodies. Honey is amazing when it’s warm - just not cooked or baked into foods and beverages.
2. Milk & Eggs. Combining these two items (like an egg bake) creates an issue in our digestive system.
3. Fish & Milk. If you’re using a “batter” for your fish don’t include milk in that batter. Nor should you drink a glass of cold milk with your fish dinner.
4. Meat & Milk. I don’t know how your recipe goes with food such as meatloaf but I usually add some milk in with the breadcrumbs and egg. Try it without! Again don’t drink milk while you’re eating the meal. It’s ok to have some 30 min before or 30 min after. Just not altogether.
5. Bananas & Yogurt. How many of us slice some bananas for a yogurt parfait or mix it in with a breakfast smoothie?
6. Fruit & Milk. Same as #5.
7. Milk should be ingested alone - or you can warm and combine with dates or oats. Makes a great oatmeal if you use organic oats.
8. Melon by itself. Pair it with another fruit
9. Eggs & Cheese. Can we say omelet? Skip the cheese or replace it with homemade paneer. (Recipe to come later).
