Why don’t we just do Kegels? Because your muscles might already be in a spasm and contracting them hundreds of times a day may make things worse! Often need to release and relax muscles first.

This November marks 3 years of Jennie Murray Physical Therapy, LLC in Waxhaw and my heart is full of gratitude. What started as a vision- to create a space where people feel seen, supported, and empowered in their healing- has grown into an amazing, powerful community.

I am incredibly thankful for every patient who has walked through my doors, every family member or friend who has encouraged a loved one to start therapy, and every person who has shared my name with someone in need of care. Each success story, each step forward, each milestone is why I chose this path and why I absolutely love what I do every single day. As Thanksgiving approaches, I’m reminded that the greatest blessing is the people I get to help and I look forward to serving this incredible community for many years to come.

Healing is never something we do alone- it’s a partnership built on trust, consistency and compassion. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for being a part of this journey.

I’m so glad pelvic health is getting attention in the media! You certainly dont have to live with your symptoms (Leaking, pain, pressure etc). It’s not just about doing Kegels! (In fact those could be hurting you if your muscles are already tight)
