Greek Yogurt Chicken Salad is one of my favorite make-ahead lunches!

Ingredients:
1 lb chicken breast, shredded (can also use rotisserie or canned!)
3/4 cup plain greek yogurt
1/4 cup mayo
1-2 tbs Dijon mustard
