This service allows ICS Service to inquire your employees’ important information such as Past medical problems, Medication, Allergies and emergency contact information. In the event of an emergency, not matter the location, the employee information can be pulled up and given to emergency personnel so the employee can be treated properly and family members can be notified of the accident and the transporting hospital. Creating a Drug Free Workplace: Having ISC Services as a Third Party Administrator (TPA) to oversee your organization's alcohol and drug policy provides ease and simplicity to the Safety Directors. Having a TPA provides a layer of insulation between the employees and the organization. Disgruntled employees may try to contest results based on selection or procedure and accuse the organization of discriminatory practices.
