Welcome Jaclynn to our wellness center! We are excited for her to share her wisdom and knowledge.
Launching on Saturday, October 18th 🎉
I will be presenting a six week course is designed to go through the six pillars of health as defined by the American College of Lifestyle Medicine. These six pillars form the groundwork for health and wellness. Each week will present a new pillar. There will be discussion surrounding the pillar, goal setting, identification of barriers and ways to overcome barriers, as well as coaching support in a group setting. Individual coaching is also included as needed between the weekly sessions. Each session will end with a 30 minute walk (for those who can stay) around Waynesville to live the pillars of connection and movement. Send me a message or email if you are interested!
