Peter Freedman - The Martial Arts Coach - Martial Arts & Self Defense This page will be geared towards Nutrition and working out that is for martial artist and non martial artist alike. To help people find their groove.

There are a lot of people out there that find it confusing to find the balance in both martial arts - physical training and nutrition. This throws people off some times. So my goal is to help people find this balance to improve upon their daily living. Also maybe I can reach out to other instructors and help guide them on their path as teachers, guides, educators etc.. I have been told by quite a few other Grand masters that I ave a gift for gab.. their words not mine. They let out in their conversations that I actually put a different spin on how to teach things and they have admitted they borrowed some of my ways of explaining things to their students in which made me very happy that I could have helped them out. We are not here to prove any thing in the way that we are better than others. Only that we are different and willing to help out. We have been getting private emails from instructors thanking us for helping them to become more efficient teachers. Today is, dont kick the knife Tuesday!
Last night in Monday night self defense class here in Weare NH I taught the Good! the Bad! and the Ugly! on how to and how not to kick at a knife holding hand. There is the bad way of doing it like in this picture. There is the good way to do it that is not shown.. and then there is the ugly way.. not shown nor mentioned!

This makes me so sick to my stomach. We really have become a weak nation of weak mindless people!

Would you stand by doing nothing watching? Then go about like nothing even just took place in front of you?
Cowards! We become mostly a nation of cowards! I am sick of it!
