If 3 days in your house ruined your life, you’re doing life wrong. It might be time to re-evaluate. The Lord didn’t design us for the hustle. Start taking steps to incorporate rest into your lifestyle. When can you set aside technology. When can you cook your meals at home. When can you go outside and breathe fresh air. When can you read a book, play a game, do some art. What brings you into a restful mindset. Healthy hormones require it!

When you sign up for a marathon, you prepare for months leading up to it. When you get married, you typically plan a wedding, go to marriage counseling, etc. When you launch a business, you write a business plan, get funding, etc. Why wouldn’t we prepare to have a baby in the same manor we prepare for other major life events? Here’s what I would do if I were planning to get pregnant in the next 12 months. If I was having fertility issues, id look at the terrain and address toxicity first. You get the opportunity to create a perfect temple to bring a child into the world in. This preparation time is a gift to minimize complications in pregnancy, birth and postpartum as well as set your child up for success in this life.
