I use practical lifestyle coaching methods to guide my clients in discovering which approach works best for them, while creating a supportive environment that will enable them to reach their goals & live a more balanced life. I will educate you on how to make lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results allowing you to reach your current and future health goals. My education has equipped me with knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, preventive health, resistance stretching, integrative strength training and business.
