What an informative class this has been so far. We have had so much fun and have learned so much during week one. If you would like to join us for weeks 2-4 we have a few walk-in spots available.

Hello Wellston and surrounding areas!!

Situational awareness and Self-defense are two of the most vital assets anyone could carry around with them on a daily basis. With the increase in criminal activity in our area, learning both of these skills are an absolute must.

Allaround Gym and Fitness, The Woods Event Center and New Life Health have teamed up to put together a 4 week program consisting of 8 classes running every Tuesday and Thursday evening from 6:30-7:30 starting March 3, 2026 through March 27, 2026.

The location for the classes will be at The Woods Event Center at 17345 6th Street, Wellston, MI 49689.

Each class is $15 or prepay the whole program for $100 and save $20. Our instructor is from out of town and drives quite a distance to do this for us. Please prepay when you schedule to ensure his time is not being wasted.

So!! Who wants to learn how to fight like a girl with us? Call or text 231-510-2187 to save your spot and get on the schedule for these amazing classes. Space is limited. Once this class is full, a waiting list will be started for an alternate class.

Classes require comfortable clothing without pockets and sensible footwear for ages 16 and over. If you would like to sponsor a spot on the schedule for someone who may not be able to afford it right now, please call New Life Health @ 231-510-2187 to donate a program package on someone else’s behalf. We don’t want money to prevent someone’s safety.
