Please Meet our CLINICAL DIRECTOR!
- Lee Williams -
Lee is tasked with supervising and working with an incredible clinical team that consists of Therapists, Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Counselors, Case Managers and Interns. He also has the privilege of working with an amazing Admissions Team, Programming Department, Milieu Manager and Residential Specialists. He works closely with our Medical and Billing Departments.
A Note from Lee:
I originally started as a therapist with RRR just over a year ago in February 2022 after only being open for (3) months. I closed my private practice and other side hustles in Outpatient Treatment in order to accept the full time position of Clinical Director in July 2022.
The reason I would refer someone to work with us is because this is a unique opportunity. Residential treatment isn't for everyone that's for sure. If you love what you do and this is working with an adult population experiencing SUD and mental health (MH) issues, this will certainly give you experience in this area. There's significant room to learn, build and create as well as receive the support, supervision and guidance needed. In our efforts to provide the best possible treatment for our clients we have a solid foundation of evidence based approaches. This includes using diverse modalities, where if our staff is adequately trained and this is of benefit to our clients, then we're more than open to include this to our milieu if appropriate.
