CAFE Recovery Navigators of Chelan-Douglas Counties What We Do:
Peer to peer support. Make referrals to medical or behavioral health providers, and community partners. Help develop a wellness plan.

The mission of the CAFE Recovery Navigator Program of Chelan-Douglas Counties is to assist individuals thirteen and over with substance use and behavioral mental health challenges through the introduction of an individualized harm reduction model. Provide emotional and social support in making positive life changes and developing skills to facilitate recovery. Provide support in accessing treatment and community resources. Explore treatment recovery options. Helps clarify goals and strategies. Provides education and resources. Our Staff:
Our trained staff is prepared to take police referrals as well as community referrals and self referrals for individuals who want to improve their health and wellness and lived self-directed lives. Each member of our team has personal lived experience which enables them to come from a place of genuine concern and empathy. We are honored to give back to the community through empowering others to be the best they can be. We are determined to help participants reach their goals!
